They are also on the Whittling Chip wallet card (# 34223A) that you can purchase at your Scout Shop. Or you can find them online here : http://www.usscouts.org/advance/cubscout/whittlingchip.html It is up to your Pack what they wish to purchase to recognize this. You can do just the card, just the patch, or both. Remember that the patch is considered a TEMPORARY PATCH only. It should be worn centered on the right pocket (NOT the pocket flap), or on a patch vest. Link to post Share on other sites
