Locust Fork Leader 10 Posted March 8, 2005 Share Posted March 8, 2005 award. I want to do the ones I have heard some talk about but I can't seem to find the instructions. It deals with an arrow and painting or using different colors of tape to symbolize the different ranks that the boys have moved up to from Tiger to Webelos. My Webelos are moving into their 2nd year and I would love to do this as an award to them for their hard work. I also want to keep it a secret so that they won't know it's coming. jteamnmj 10 Posted March 11, 2005 Share Posted March 11, 2005 Our pack did hand made shadow boxes for our WebII boys and the parents of the boys moving up were responsible for putting the awards in the way they wanted.
