Big_Dog 10 Posted December 8, 2003 Share Posted December 8, 2003 About 10 years ago, when I was just getting into Scouting with my kids, someone at work showed me a paper that had the requirements for citizenship in the universe. This was b4 I could really appreciate the fun of it. It had requirements like: create life and show something... I can't remember hardly any of it.
