Owl62 13 Posted October 12, 2004 Share Posted October 12, 2004 I picked one up at the local Scout shop. Had to ask for it. They had it in a drawer behind the counter. Same of other insignia such as Wood Badge Beads, Woggle, and Neckerchief, service stars for more than 10 years, etc. Most of the larger Scout shops should have these items or can order them for you.
