Would it be okay if I created a document with the list of things I was asked to buy, the prices of those items at HEB, a screenshot of the website showing how much it costs, and the total amount?

I am a first time grubmaster, and I managed to bring all of the food... but I left the recipt in my pockets and they were laundried. Is there a way to be reimbursed?
