I find the round tables to be helpful. It gives me a chance to learn from the other leaders about what has worked for them with various issues. I tried to share my ideas as well with those that attend. I also find the overview of the council events to be helpful if there was a change that was made or an event that has been moved.

I would think you would need two adult leaders from the pack to attend the troop outing. Both would need to have OWLS and BALOO training as well.

Our pack has grown from 35 boys last year to 50 this year. We are still waiting to see what boys are going to stay with it, and which ones will drop as the year goes on. We gained most of our new boys in the Tiger and Wolf dens this year.
