The site is hosted by Scouter.com. The old webmaster has forgotten his admin account info. What I think I need is for scouter.com to set up access. I have sent in request(s) to the scouter.com 'contact us' with no response. Is this typical?

Anyone know who to contact to get access and control of a troop website? Our webmaster left and we no longer have the admin login/pw and my inquiries get no response.

Hello, our webmaster left and we need to update our existing, but outdated site on Scouter.com. Do I use the same contact point as listed below? It is not clear to me that there is any other method.
