    In our troop, a New Scout Patrol works with the Troop Guide but still has a Patrol Leader. Since they need "extra" guidance, the guide is there for them.
  2. troop24spl
    Everyone that has posted so far suggested going with Patrol and strengthening them, do you suggest HOW you would go about doing this?
