  1. My Pack is based out of a public elementary school with 60% Asian and 35% Latino composition. The Pack itself follows nearly the same demographics except it is more like 55% Asian, 30% Latino and 15% everyone else. Language isn't an issue since I've heavily recruited for all ethnic groups and I've identified families with the necessary language skills to help communicate.   2. The secret to my pack's success is the depth of leadership. I've been CM for nearly 3 years (and ACM for year before). Like any good organization, if leadership rotates too frequently, you lose institutional memory. There will also be the problem of accountability and the learning curve. I'm always on the lookout for my replacement but I've got a Tiger so I'll stick around for a while longer. If you can develop your ACM(s) (I have 2) and the Pack Committee, over time leadership simply bubbles up. I think 3 or 4 is good. At 2, you've nailed down the kinks. I've started my search for my rep
