The best place to resolve the uniform question is the Uniform Inspection Sheet for Women Leaders. I believe it specifies shirts/blouses should be tucked in. (I'm pretty sure of this although I don't have my copy right here and even if it doesn't say, I think the pictures show tucked in shirts.) Copies of all Uniform Inspection sheets are available for download (in pdf format) at www.scoutstuff.org.

Thanks for the info. I had been on USSCOUTS in early Jan. and since then I've been trying to get on it several times over the last few weeks. I was hoping that it hadn't gone belly up. I just found this site (via this thread) and I like what I see so far. I'll definitely be exploring it further.
