If the person in your troop HAS a uniform they should wear it to all events that the boys are in uniform, not just ones that are "special".

What are the uniform requirments for summer camp? When does the troop need Class A? And, is it true that you cannot wear a hat with the BSA uniform unless it is a BSA Hat?
