I'm doing research for my son's Eagle Court of Honor. Is it possible to determine the date his grandfather received his Eagle. Since he is 75 years old, I would imagine it would have been around 1946. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Does anyone have an answer to Zetcat's question below? Is it appropriate for the scout to use his own personal money, as well as soliciting donations mainly from family members, to purchase supplies that are not donated?
