  1. Scouter overcharged my credit card and didn't send any merchandise. I have been trying to get them to respond (phone calls, e-mails, ect.) but they just refuse to answer. And they have the NERVE to call themselfs SCOUTERS.
  2. I too have been ripped off from scouter. I have sent many e-mails and have called the 800 number many times but they refuse to respond. I have started leaving messages on the forum and they keep removing them but I will fight on!

  5. I would appreciate an answer from anybody at scouter about the order I placed back in Nov. They over charged my credit card and I didn't recieve anything. I have called, e-mailed, and sent letters but no one will answer. And you have the NERVE to call yourselfs scouters!
  6. I too placed an order from scouter and they charged my credit card but they never sent any thing. I have tried every avenue I can think of and I too tell every scouter NOT to order. Come on Danna let us know what is going on. If you are REAL scouters you will try to correct this problem
