So, hello! I'm currently Advancement Chair for my son's Cub Scout pack--next year I get to be Committee Chair. Yes, I'm intimidated. But I figure I can start developing resources to help me (and my Pack) way before I start my 'job.' My older son's a Wolf, and his little brother has just five and a half years to go before he can be a Tiger Cub.
