  1. Our uniform consists of a Khaki Shirt, scarf and shorts, long trousers for the adults, brown socks and black shoes and either the Cub cap or green beret for adults. The uniform is worn during all pack meets and Cubs can not participate in Grand Howl etc if not in full uniform. We have what we call a camp uniform consisting of a green T-Shirt and black shorts, which is worn on fun days and after opening ceremonies on camp.   2. Hmm.. I think my analogy to football was not to be taken literally. I just feel that with many institutions, organisations and the like today, can be deemed exclusionary too easily by what I would assume to be a minority of people. It would then appear that these same people would rather change the entity more out of malevolence than any other reason.   3. If I wish to play football, then surly I must adhere to the rules. It would be a little pointless if I decided that I did not want to be tackled and on that basis insist that the rules be changed. As an alternative, why not either start your own movement or revive the Communist Pioneer youth movement?
