Can the boys wear the US Heritage award one on their uniform?

I have to agree; it helps promote den unity and I think it means something to the boys. Our pack purchases the scarves and slides and presents them to each scout at graduation.

I am Advancement chairman for the pack. 1. Is there a way to type onto the advancement form from the computer, like an online form? 2. What is the best way to receive advancement from the den level; we are using email but is there a form out there somewhere that can be emailed? 3. Why can't you buy scout stuff from an online source? I live about 45 miles from the nearest scout store.
