    DOES ANYBODY HAVE IN THEIR COUNCIL A DISABILITY AND/OR SPECIAL NEEDS COMMITTEE.I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM THEM.

    That is a good question. I do not know, but it would be an interesting thing to find out as I do a lot of substituting in the CDC class at school and would love to see some of these boys involved in scouting.
    I will check on that.
