I want to thank all the Troops who take the time to work with Penn dot. Keeping Pennsylvania spic and span. Seeing the signs along the side of the road that state Boy Scout Troop such and such a number is keeping PA beautiful is not only good PR. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy!!
