Council STILL does not have the Program Year 2005-6 Boy Scout Program helps available for issue to the Districts. Our Scout Shop (a BSA Supply, Inc store) doesn't have Program Helps, either, and does not know when it will arrive. We're going to have annual RT staff planning session Sunday afternoon. Soooo... Please, would someone here post the monthly themes for the 2005-6 Boy Scout program year??? Thanks very much, in advance.
