I am trying to get the personal fitness merit badge and am wondering if anyone know how some of the components of personal fitness are relevent to the scout law and oath.

Many of us here have ideas on what each of those components mean, but the most important thing is for you to think about and come to a conclusion as to what they mean to you personally. Are you finding this to be challenging? If so, keep asking questions and trying out your thoughts on us (as well as your MB counselor), and you're sure to get help from both these forums and your MB counselor.
