mashmaster
In a Nalgene bottle before camp, crack 12 eggs. 8 oz of milk, 8 oz of shredded cheese, 1 lb cubed ham/cooked bacon crumbled/precooked breakfast sausage, 1 T worchester sauce. In a bag put in 8 oz of seasoned bread crumbs, 1 tsp dry mustard. Start coals for 350 degrees Shake nalgene until eggs are scrambled Pour egg mixture into dutch oven (I use a parchment paper liner) Pour dry mixture into the dutch oven, lightly mix it in. Cover dutch oven Cook for 40 minutes or so, start checking at 30 minutes to see if the eggs are set cut into slices like pizza and eat 🙂
