It concerns Mrs. Jimmy Bartle Taylor and her relationship with the H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation. Mrs. Taylor is the daughter of Roe Bartle who was a very dynamic Scout Executive in the first half of the last century. He founded the Tribe of Mic-O-Say. He is also considered the founder of the American Humanics foundation, and was a strong influence in the early growth of the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity.
