AlamanceScouter 10
Has anybody seen a chart listing elements of achievements that achieved per week using the new delivery method? I imagine somebody has created one by now.
OwntheNight 10
AS, Haven't seen a created chart yet, but this is the link to the weekly program on the scouting.org site. It has the achievements listed by weekly meeting. Our pack uses Scouttrack so I just enter the achievements done after our den meetings. http://www.scouting.org/scoutsource/CubScouts/Leaders/DenLeaderResources/DenandPackMeetingResourceGuide.aspx
sawdustr 10
A chart, similar to what you asked about, is included in the new materials. I downloaded the Wolf den meeting plans from scouting.org and the chart is on pages 88 & 89. If you have a hard copy of the new materials, it should be there.
AlamanceScouter 10
sawdustr, looking for something where I can enter the info per boy.
bbender 21
If I am tracking my Den's achievements, I would likely use one of the existing advancement spreadsheets out there, like the ones you can pull from these sites: http://trax.boy-scouts.net/cubtrax.htm http://madsenco.com/scouting.shtml As noted, you have to enter "boy by boy" anyway, since not every Scout attends every meeting. Plus, because the science of meeting plans is not perfect, it is possible/likely that even if you "follow" a specific meeting plan, you might not get it all done (that day) or you might add something else in, plus you can adjust the sequence as you proceed. -- And Bears and Webelos might take a "different path" to the Badge (e.g., swapping in Shavings and Chips for another meeting). These speadsheets, if you enter following the protocols, will show you when/whether someone earned the badge.
AlamanceScouter 10
Thanks bbender. I think the 2nd link you gave me will work the best with the new delivery method.
