mdutch 10 Posted August 22, 2005 Share Posted August 22, 2005 I am unaware of any form that does what you're looking for (doesn't mean one doesn't exist). My suggestion is that you either use the one for Cub Scouts individually, then average the scores, or that you figure out what critiria you would like to use and create your own.
