I guess you better hit the speed dial button on your phone for the ACLU - these boys' rights are being violated! This sounds like a perfect case for those clear thinkers and defenders of liberty. And if a Scout would pursue it to a higher level, it would be overturned & the Scout would be allowed to have his BOR regardless of what he wore.
