Buffalo Skipper 13 Posted October 29, 2009 Share Posted October 29, 2009 January 1, 2010. However, I was in the scout store a few weeks ago, and the POR insignia are in stock. I think it would be OK to have scouts in these positions, but I would be reluctant to count the time as POR for rank until January 1, when these become official.(This message has been edited by Buffalo Skipper) Link to post Share on other sites
