I am looking for any history of the developement of the Girl Scouting movement in the southern most counties of Michigan. I am especially interested in the 1960 and 1970 era.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a record of the developement of new councils in Girl Scouting? And/Or Can anyone tell me easiest way to find a record of changes within a council's jurisdiction as far as territory (change in council border lines)?
