Mostly depends on "deepness" of scouting experiences and their friends in scouting as well as a time of being in unit. Aproximately 1-10.

Derf: Hi, Ive checked your sites, and very interested in Ventures one, especially Id like to ask you for more detailed description of awards.

We have similar venture program based on 4 "lights" which includes most of scouts skills in higher level, therefore im interesed in.
