Howdy. I'm Tim. I am wrapping up my 2nd year as an ASM in a large Troop (106 boys (or so, hard to get a firm count with the new scouts coming in)), and I finally decided to sign up for an account here at Scouter.com. I have been reading these forums for years, and taking to heart a lot of the experience in these pages. So thank you, to all of you that have lent your experience. It's invaluable to us newbies. I hope to be able to contribute useful content myself to keep paying it forward.
