Hello! I am excited to have found these forums (I've found them useful reading in the past) and look forward to participating in the conversation. I'm a lifetime Scout volunteer in the Baltimore Council, Four Rivers District and moving over to the Capital District. I started out, like many of us, volunteering as a parent when my son joined Cub Scouts. I was quickly absorbed into the training community of Scouting and Leadership positions offered.
