Hi all - I have been a scouter since I aged out of the program. I attained the rank of Eagle just shy of my 18th birthday. I have since gone on to become Cubmaster (and now Scoutmaster) of the troop I grew up in, become the District Cub Roundtable Commissioner, and for the past seven years have been a Cub Scout Camp Director. Hoping to get some advice from other Scouters to help beef up the different programs I am working on...
