One song I came across in planning my son's eagle ceremony was the acoustic version of Sammy Hagar's "Where Eagles Fly". It is actually a song about his birth, but it has good elements for the occasion I think, and it can be couple with a video of an eagle flying, landscapes, etc if you want to jazz things up a bit.
