Anyone have any thoughts on a troop project for the 21st century course? Looking for ideas for the staff project.

Wood Badge is the highest level of training in Scouting. There is a new course now, called Wood Badge for the 21st Century, that replaces the old syllabus. Cost in our council is $195. They no longer require the "stripped down" uniform (during my course, we could only have the flag, world crest, council strip, and troop 1 on the uniform shirt). That required purchasing a new uniform. The new program is for all scouters, and you wear your regular uniform. The new course is either 6 consecutive days or 2 three-day weekends. The old course was 3 two-day (long days) weekends.
