1: first you have to be in charge if the boys see that you go easly with anything they will take advantage of you.

3: Respect the boys and there opinions and there decisions

4: set a good example if the boys see you running around like a preschooler they will do it to.

5: if you have any problems talk to your adult leader or somone that can take care of the problem.
