I understand someone has a web-site that shows all the "special interest license plates" featuring the Boy Scouts. Can anyone direct me to the site? I'm hoping to establish such a plate in Colorado.

I earned the 50th Anniversary Patch as a Scout. Now with the 100th only a few years away, is it proper to wear the 50th Anniversary patch? If so, how, when, where?
