Hi all, What is the consensus of this group regarding first class requirement 9b? It states: b. Successfully complete the BSA swimmer test. Does this mean that the scout has to be a Blue swimmer as determined by someone able to administer the test? Does it mean simply complete the test and achieve any level (White, Red or Blue) Complete the test but fail it altogether? How has your troop interpreted this requirement? Thanks, Mr. B
