I've been a SM for 5 1/2 years. Had a Scout run an Eagle project by me last week.
1. A traffic light is needed near a school
2. He will condcut a study of the traffic.
3. Determine if a policeman or a light would be most cost effective.
4. Have people collect signatures on petitions.
5. Present the proposal to city council
