  1. Sounds like we need to spin off a thread.
  2. I'm with Eagle92, and wearing a Vintage 2008 uniform.
  3. "Being in the Army is just like being in the Boy Scouts, except the Boy Scouts have adult supervision."
  4. Wait... TAN and red numbers? Not white? These I have not seen. Will Little Joey be wearing a tan shirt since that's what his Cub leader is wearing? I'm really not trying to be argumentative (well, maybe just a little ) just trying to make sense of the policy.
  5. Well, that's pretty clear. I don't quite get the reasoning though. The red numbers on the centennial shirt just look wrong. If it's because the boys wear red numbers, well, the boys also wear a blue shirt. My cubmaster & I agree though--since it was once a "legal" combination, it still is.
  6. Show me the page. I'm just saying that if it's wrong on the inspection sheet, maybe BSA and Scoutsuff aren't talking to one another.
  7. >(still trying to figure out how high above the pocket the thing goes) Centered between the top of the pocket and the shoulder seam.
  8. I keep seeing people saying CS leaders wear the red numbers on the Centennial shirt, but what I haven't seen is something from BSA that says so, clearly and unambiguously. And one catalog sheet that says so isn't clear and unambiguous. I have a uniform inspection sheet with a model wearing a Centennial uniform, a Cubmaster patch, green numbers and a Wolf cap--an "illegal" combination (only Den Leaders wear the den cap as adults), so I don't trust Scoutstuff.org. So, who has a link? "I heard it at..." won't do.
