Our Pack has 34 scouts. We run a triple elimination Raingutter Regatta. We've been using downloaded printed brackets. It takes a long time to place the loser in the correct position. This usually results in the races taking 1 & 1/2 hours to run the races using 2 new inflatable racetracks. Does anyone know of a program that I can run on a laptop similar to what's available for the Pinewood Derby?

If a Webelos scout earned the Citizenship BL & pin while a Bear, does he have to re-earn the pin as a Webelos for the Citizen activity badge?
