I could use opinions on the following...if anyone would like to give me theirs.
Last year I had a cubscout drop out, because he had not received his Wolf Badge at the same time as the other boys. His Mom told me that they were both disappointed and turned off and that her son had felt left out when the other boys received their Wolf badge without him. He had joined later in the year and had more catching up to do, than the other boys...that is why he did not receive his badge at the same time.
