So it seems like a lot of you ave told BSA has no right to say where we go with our scouts but yet that's exactly what is happening. We parents and leaders along with the boys are very excited about our new pack.we just want them to leave us alone so we can get started.

Our new charter is behind us 100% and sees no reason not to use the school.the only ones that don't want us to use the school is the old and new council. I am just looking for someone higher up to speak to. We are upset with the old council for not removing the cub master after he verbally and almost physically attacked one of our leadrers. We have been lied to repeatedly by them.we simply don't trust any of them.

The olde charter actually dropped out so the old pack had to fine a new charter and they did.there is a lot of politics behind the scene that I'm trying to figure out . Thank you for your advise!

Thank you for all of your responses ! I do appreciate it. I only brought up the tax payer issue because we were approved to use the school and then the new council told us we couldn't do anything in the old councils county. We have about 32 kids that want to join the new pack. There is only about 7 kids left in the old pack. Our charter is a church which is located in our new councils county. The church will be a very tight squeeze for the amount of kids we have and for future kids who are waiting for us to get everything situated. No it's not the popcorn. We had a cub master who was not youth protected go on several events including a over night and it was covered up by council.we had a bulling program for the kids which at the end of the night our cub master had a heated and almost physical altercation with one of our den leaders in front of several children. We had a meeting to have him removed. We had at least 95% want him to be removed and council lied and kept him in. I need to know how I can contact a official To speak out about serious issues and abuse of power.I know this is a great organization but unfortunately we have fallen on deaf ears and I would appreciate a response that is not from council but from someone with greater authority.thank you.My husband is a Eagle and I really want to keep my son in this program,however the complaints that 85%of the parents have been completely ignored by our Council!

I Need to know who I contact to ask about my sons popcorn sales.the pack we were in has given the boys 34%of the sales credited to their accounts.we have recently changed packs and were told they will not forward all of his money and now will give him 18%. I am so disappointed and wish to contact as high up as I can go with this.please advise!!
