Although I haven't heard of a Scoutmaster being sued over not signing off on scout spirit, with high school coaches being sued over not starting a kid it's bound to happen. In addition what about board of reviews, and other requirements that are left up to the troop or council to define. I am not a lawyer. But I do see the potential for a lawsuit if a boy doesn't make Eagle on his first board. And making Eagle would of been the one thing that would of gotten him into the college he wanted Link to post Share on other sites
