I'm looking for BSA National Camp School info for this year... I'm waiting for my council to give me the info, however, I'm one of those volunteers who volunteer alot for a few jobs in various groups, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, school, church, etc. So, I'm looking for the ones that are close to Illinois, so I can make sure that my schedule is free... I'm going for Day Camp Director and want the scouts to have a great experience. Do I have to wait for the council to get the dates? OR does anyone know of a website that has them??? Thanks. I should probably apologize in advance for not seeing your post earlier.

The Central Region had a session in the St. Louis area last weekend. That probably isn't what you wanted to hear, but if you email [email protected] (one of the instructors from that session), she can probably direct you to the right people for other sessions in the region. I'm pretty sure there are sessions coming up in the Chicago area and central Indiana.

 

Good luck, and plan on long hours during the session.
