Talk to the kids and their parents and then send the kids to do crafts or games and have the leaders talk to the parents. Link to post Share on other sites

We have a packet of info for the parents, with our parent guide, applications, calendar, Talent survey Sheet. We divide the parents up by grade, and their den leaders sit with them and answer questions and help with applications after the presentation. They also collect the money and hand out the books (we charge for the handbook as part of the joining fees). We also have coloring sheets for the boys and some take home stuff like mini-Boys Life magazines, stickers, etc. Link to post Share on other sites
