Buffalo Skipper 13 Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 I saw one scouter with a district committee patch, unit numbers, arrowhead honor and red tabs. In another case, I saw a Unit Commissioner with unit numbers. He was the UC for that pack, troop and crew.
