hi there, I'm a portuguese scout leader but i follow this forums with grat interest. well, and now the question. The Kandersteg Internacional Scout Camp as some merit badges that scouts can "conquer". some leaders in portugal think that: 1- scoutmasters should not wear it (they are only for scouts) 2- everybody coud wear it forever 3 - everybody coud wear it but just for some time. what's you opinion about it? big lefthandshake!
