Well I thank all of you! Hearing it as a 4-5 year old many years ago, all I can remember is the chorus.  I will have to dive into this to refresh my memory!

Back in the ‘50’s my dad was camp director at Camp Tionesta, Allegheny Trails Council, PA. I was fortunate enough to have enjoyed two summers at camp, and look back at them happily. One thing I remember is singing after dinner in the dining hall. One of the song had something like “ Stodley Pump” as the chorus. I’ve looked on the internet and keep striking out. I was thinking maybe this would be a good place to ask.
