I have a problem with my service stars staying on. The backings tend to 'pop-off' under the shirt and the next thing I know, the star is gone. Any ideas?

How are ASM's in charge of guiding the Venture Patrol disquished from other ASM's? Can they wear the VENTURE strip patch above the right pocket like the scouts? I did a internet search and found a (no longer available) ASM patch for the left sleeve that had VENTURE printed on it.
