Present a scrap book of their time with the pack. Then you can sing the scout vespers to them as a pack.

You could also get a plaque to say thanks to the mom.

As a camporee staffer, I know that you will loose points for the odd size patch. You could design one for the uniform and one for the red / gree wool coat.

I would rather loose points and have a happy / healthy patrol.
