Does anyone know exactly where the black bull Philmont patch is to be sewn on the red wool BSA shirt? The information in the Tooth of Time Traders booklet says it belongs on the left shoulder with the tail extending over the seam.However, I am not sure what seam, the seam where the sleeve is attached at the shoulder or the seam from the shoulder to the collar?

Does anyone have ideas on how to retain the highschoolers for venture crews. It seems very hard to get commitments from scouts because of cars, girls, sports and other interests at this age level. Please give me some of your thoughts.
